We offer a wide range of jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings, made with fine materials such as brass, sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold, VVS moissanite stones, and 5A zirconia.
Our jewelry is plated with real 14/18k Gold and Rhodium and undergoes rigorous testing to ensure quality and durability.

2. Order and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by LuxeFlex. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping options include standard shipping and express shipping
Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
All customs fees, import duties, and related charges for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon delivery.
LuxeFlex reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

In the event of a product defect due to manufacturing or logistics, our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product.

6. Warranty and Returns

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry. If your piece is damaged, fades, or stops working under normal wear, you are entitled to a one-time replacement. However, this warranty is void if the damage is caused by user error (such as scratches, accidental breakage, or water damage).
For warranty replacements, there will be a shipping and handling fee of $19.99.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
