RETURN POLICY

You can return your item via our portal within 30 days of delivery. Our customer service team will assess your case and provide further instructions upon approval. Please ensure all items are in their original packaged condition for eligibility. 


  • Earrings are final sale due to hygienic reasons. 
  • All custom products or solid gold items are made to order, returns or exchanges are not available. 
  • LuxFlex covers return and resend shipping expenses for wrong items or quality issues. For returns due to changes of mind or sizing errors, shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for the return.

Refund Processing Time

Upon receiving your return, our warehouse meticulously examines the items to ensure they adhere to our return policy standards before swiftly facilitating refunds or exchanges within 10 days. Moreover, please allow up to 3-5 business days for bank processing for your refund to reflect in your account once processed. 

Order Changes/Cancellation

There is a 12-hour window available for making adjustments or canceling your order. After this time, your order is likely processed or shipped and cannot be changed or canceled.

However, if you have a change of heart or need to adjust your order afterward, you're welcome to utilize our returns process upon delivery.
